This residence was a tired, contemporary cedar shingle home trapped in the 1960's featuring an old fashioned conversation pit in the middle of the living room. The pit was banished. We presented our client with a clean, understated yet elegant scheme perfect for a client who loved to entertain. In addition to decorating we helped our client start a contemporary art collection featuring pieces by Matisse, Moore, Marini and Modigliani.
